What is the main difference between the Pro data plan and the Advanced data plan?
The Advanced data plan is for real time tracking. It will track your Defender every 30 seconds when it is moving. The Pro data plan does not provide real time tracking as it will track your Defender every 5 minutes when it is moving. You also get an additional SMS alert each day on the Advanced data plan.
Can I switch from the Pro data plan to the Advanced data plan later on?
Yes. If you initially sign up on the Pro data plan and then later on want you want to change to the Advanced data plan, this can easily be done.
Can I switch from monthly billing to annual billing later on?
Yes. It is easy to switch from the monthly billing cycle to the annual billing cycle. You can do this at anytime.
Are there any data overage fees applicable?
No. There are no data overage fees with either data plan.
